Yesterdays food Gains 🍚🥦🍓🍞🤗

Yesterday I hit chest, tris, and abs – no cardio and burned a total of 478calories🏋🏻‍♀️During the week I always workout in a fasted state because I tend to get very bloated so instead first thing in the morning I drink a cup of warm water with lemon juice and occasionally I’ll add a bit of Himalayan salt if I feel like I didn’t drink enough water the day before to help keep a proper electrolyte balance during my workout. Here is my full day of eating🤗
_ 🍎Breakfast: protein oat bowl topped with roasted apples and bananas and a cup of strawberries.
🍎Lunch: grilled chicken breast, brown rice, and steamed veggies.
🍎Snack1: Protein Shake with a PB sandwich.
🍎Dinner: grilled chicken breast, brown rice, and steamed broccoli. Pretty much the same thing as lunch because I didn’t have much time to cook.
🍎Snack2: almonds & string cheese, to keep up with my fats.
🍎Late-night meal: Cottage cheese pudding (blend: 5oz CC + ½ scoop of chocolate whey) with chocolate chips, berries, and walnuts. My treat for the day😉
